A short-term shadow program gives international students a taste of American culture and high school courses for up to three months.
A three to four year education at a private American high school to achieve a US high school diploma. Studies show that the acceptance at US universities is higher for international students who attend high school in America. A student can also attend a one-year program. Most students begin their diploma program in September while some may start in January.
This is the focus on career counseling and test preparation. We develop each student’s career plan to match their interests and encourage them to achieve their goals. We also provide TOFEL and SAT preparation during the summer and winter break to help international students prepare for these tests.
International students can expect to attend an orientation at the Dallas, Texas, office in August before the school year begins. This is a workshop that teaches tips on living and studying abroad. There is also time to do fun sightseeing in the Dallas area. Students will then travel to their host families across America.
While the students will have supervision by their host families and schools, all CPH Global students will have the needed guidance from their local coordinator (LC). The student’s LC will help in communication with the student and their host family, their school and their biological parents.
